UK Pub Design & Fit-out
Our Belfast based team work with clients throughout the UK on pub design and fit-out projects. We work with fitters, furniture manufacturers, lighting suppliers and salvage specialists to create a unique design and fit-out package. We take ideas from early concept stage, develop CAD drawings and offer fit-out management services.

Design and Fitout Services
Concept Design & CAD Drawings
Intec Design will firstly develop a concept plan to create the most appealing and efficient layout for the venue. This includes the layouts of the bar counter and seating and features such as screens, shelving, lighting and a mix of high and low seating.
Next, the CAD drawings are produced to provide the interior design specification for walls, floors and ceilings and include bespoke furniture and lighting designs.
Fit-out Management
Our UK fit-out teams work within the client’s timelines and budgets and aim to turn around a project in the shortest space of time. Usually items including; bar counters, panelling, shelving and metalwork can be pre-fabricated in the workshop to minimise the fit-out phase and to ensure high quality construction.
Contract Furniture
Bespoke commercial furniture including banquette seating, bench seats, stools, chairs and tables.
The items are manufactured in Northern Ireland and a fitting service is provided to ensure the highest quality products and finishes.
Lighting and Finishes
We can offer the supply and fit of commercial light fittings and materials including tiles, flooring, metalwork, mirror, etc.,
Our network of suppliers and tradespeople can offer everything that is needed for a new pub, bar or restaurant venue.
